Uma Sridhar & SD Revive

Uma Sridhar is an author, former corporate leader, and certified life coach — but at her core, she is just a simple soul in love with the Divine.
Her life has been anything but ordinary: a whirlwind of change that carried her from the bustle of life — corporate, family, and its many twists and turns — to the silence of inner peace.
Now living away from the spotlight and flowing quietly through life without ambition or grand plans, she shares her insights and imagination through her works.
About SD Revive
In 2023, Uma Sridhar earned a Life Coaching certification through IAP Career College under her maiden name. In 2024, SD Revive was officially registered as a DBA/FBN, serving as the umbrella identity for her life coaching services.
SD Revive (SDR) originally began as a platform offering free one-on-one life coaching services. As interest in personal guidance continued to grow, she realized that direct coaching was not the long-term path she wanted to pursue.
Uma later shifted toward sharing her insights through online forums, where her writing received heartfelt encouragement. Many younger readers expressed that her words had inspired and supported them through difficult moments.
By early 2026, SDR had fully evolved into a platform dedicated to personal growth, self-development, and spiritual guidance through written content.
While SDR no longer provides direct coaching services, its written content continues to reflect the insights and personal growth path that inspired its original mission.
Fun Fact
SD carries multiple layers of meaning:
- Sri Devi — Uma's favorite deity; Sri Kamalatmika Devi, the Mahavidya form of Lakshmi, within whom the powers of Sarasvati and Parvati are fully integrated.
- Sri-Dhar — Uma's family name; and also...
- a name of Vishnu Bhairav (Hari); the one who holds Sri Lakshmi in his heart.
- a name of Kamala Bhairav (Hara); the one upon whom Sri Lalita is seated.
- Sanatana Dharma — the spiritual tradition that inspires SD Revive.
Revive is a modern interpretation of the Hindu teachings of Shravana, Manana, and Nididhyasana:
- RE — Read
- VI — Vibe
- VE — Venerate
Together, these ideas represent the vision of SD Revive: to revive reading habits, positive vibes, and veneration toward the Divine.
