A Movement

For what seemed like eons, I wrestled with a question I could never fully answer:
Why does society honor monastic life,
celebrate desire-centered family life...
yet leave so little room for sincere
spiritual people living within a family?
The Bridges
In the Hindu world...
- Monks existed — and still exist today.
- Family-oriented people existed — and still exist today.
But there was another path: a way of life in which spirituality and family were both treated as essential, without either one consuming life entirely.
A Middle Path. The Bridges.

My Vision
Today, where are those bridges?
Perhaps they still exist, but hidden there somewhere beneath the carpet of cultural assumptions and the pressures of modern life.
It is time to find them again — neither as a replacement for monasticism, nor as a rejection of conventional family life... but as the revival of a spiritual path.
That is the vision behind everything I am building.
A path with its own way of life, spiritual identity, and titles.
The Worldly Monk / Family-Spiritual Path.
A Movement
If you seek a spiritual guide, you may go here: Sri-Om Guru Mantras.
But this is bigger than any one person, including me.
This is not an organization. Nor is it a sect.
It is a movement.
The Bridges Movement.
A quiet awareness campaign to restore a forgotten way of life.
